Data for disabled segment values no longer included on reports

OTBI and SmartView are not reporting historic balances for end-dated cost centres

Hi all,

We have a situation where we have end-dated a couple of cost centre segment values (in the AFF).  These cost centres have transactions and balances against them in the past, but the SmartView and OTBI reports we have are no longer reporting on them.  This doesn't seem right to me - it should surely be possible to disable and/or end-date a segment value to prevent any further posting, but to still be able to report on the historic transactions/balances.  I have worked around it temporarily by just setting the 'allow posting' flag to 'No', but I wanted to see if
