Users dynamically assigned to groups but not assigned the learning plans mapped to the groups

Users dynamically assigned to groups but not assigned the learning plans mapped to the groupsContent
I have 2 users who were not dynamically assigned content based on their groups. These users were dynamically added to the groups, but were not assigned the content mapped to the groups.
I have confirmed these users are in the correct groups based on the dynamic criteria, however, the users do not have the correct learning plans assigned based on the mappings to those groups.
They should have 6 learning plan assignments but only have 3.
Has this happened to anyone else? are there any recommendations on what I should check prior to submitting an SR?
