Unable to see Hours * Rate option for Calculation for Mexico LDG

When trying to create a payroll element for Mexico LDG to be available on Time Card, For the Calculation Rules - Hours*Rate option is not visible. Screenshot attached.

Please advise if anyone has faced the similar issue?  We have already enabled Payroll Interface for Mexico in 'Manage Features by Territory or Country' task. Thanks!
