New Features Enabled/Disabled Out of The Box for 18B and 18C

How will the upcoming 18C Quarterly Update Impact Features We Have Chosen Not to EnableContent
We previously went to 18B in August and have chose to NOT enable the newsfeed look and feel as well as some other new features that by default were "enabled" right out of the box. My question is this..... For items that were by default "enabled" right out of the box whether its 18A or 18B, when we take on the 18C update will it still leave these "disabled" from when we disabled them during our last update to 18B? I hope that makes sense what I am asking... Thx.
