How to add multiple assignments to an employee in Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM ?

Hi Community,
We are trying to add a secondary, simultaneous assignment to an employee. We want him to have two assignments in the same time because he is working 50% of his FTE in the Finance department and 50% of his time in HR.
But we cannot find the button to create a secondary assignment. We do not want to create a second work relationship since the legal entity is the same for both assignments. We found the button to create a new relationship in the "Manage Employment" section but no way to add an assignment...
We checked the two-tier model configuration and the option of multiple assignments is ticked correctly.
