Make Position Management more flexible

adjust the number of headcount on position automatically in hiring process

Content

Hi,

in my company we use jobs and positions concurrently. Job is the leading unit and position we use for headcount and vacancies. Now I get some complaints from my customers that they have to adjust the budgeted headcount number on the position manually before they can hire an employee that would exceed the budgeted number. Is there a better way to do it, e.g. that the position would block the process but show the number of exceeding headcount?
