Burden Cost not getting generated for the transaction entered through manage unprocessed transaction

When we enter transactions/cost on the project through below navigation the burden cost is not getting generated and on the same project if we enter the transactions/cost through Create Nonlabor Costs spreadsheet the burden cost is getting generated.

 

Navigation > Project financial management > Cost > Manage Unprocessed Cost > Click Add > Update The required information (Transaction source) for the transaction created from these are generating the burden cost.

 

Could you any one help why this is happening.
