Beginning Balance not rolling up to YearTotal

Hi

We have migrated from our on-prem planning application to PBCS.

We need the Beginning Balance of Headcount to be added to the monthly additions / resignations of each month and stored in YearTotal. However, this is not working for us in PBCS. We have ticked 'Include BegBal as Time Period' for the specific scenario.

I have attached screenshots of the Scenario and Account Member Properties as well as the Data Form.

Any help will be much appreciated.
