R13 -18B Upgrade -FRS Report | Export to Excel splitting output in multiple worksheets

After 18B Upgrade, we are seeing that whenever we run a FR report from :Financial Reporting Center and do a "Export to Excel"- The output gets split into multiple worksheets in single workbook. 

This was not the case in 18A. 

P.S - We havent yet opened any FR report in FRS Studio after 18B upgrade - i.e. we did not change any setting after 18B upgrade. 

Issue happen for all FR reports.
