18B How to customize quick actions pages

We are looking to customize the new actions pages available with the newsfeed layoutContent
Has anyone been able to make changes to the quick actions pages that are available in the newsfeed home layout? The specific example we have come across is line managers using Transfer Quick Action and having the option to amend fields such as Location and Business Title, using the old method we had the ability to make these read-only so they could be viewed but not amended or even hidden completely.
When in a sandbox and using customize pages from the drop down in the top right the page goes blank and doesn't allow you to see the content to personalise.
