Absence fast formula for grade and length of service

I am trying to create one single absence plan which can reference an accrual rate based on grade name and length of service. For example if grade = 'General' accrual is 12 days, and then increases with service (13 days after 1 year, 14 days after 2 years etc)

Does anyone have an example fast formula which could handle this?
