My requirement:

1. Need to force employee to apply for leaves on Saturday and Sunday if he has already taken a leave on the previous Friday and is now trying to apply for leave on Monday.

2. The above condition should not be made mandatory if the absence type applied on previous friday is "OD-Holidays-Weekends".
