Timecards Missing after applying 18B Patch (13.18.05)

This document will run you through how we can fix missing time cards from Manage Time Cards page.


Issue: Users/Administrators are unable to view timecards in Manage Time Cards page in Time Management work area after 18B patch has been applied. Users however can view newly created ones.


Note: Steps 1-5 are needed if you have not enable the Payroll Feature in your system but have encountered the same issue. If you already have the Payroll features enable, skip this step.

  1. Add the following roles to the user who needs to run the Payroll process
