Management chain human task approval

I have configured a human task using a management chain and it's missing a critical component

Content

I have been tasked with creating an approval process starting with the manager of the creator and ending with the manager that is directly before the CEO role.  I drag the human task onto the screen, go to properties, select Management Chain in Sequence https://i.imgur.com/fcs8Xt4.png  and configure it so there is a max of 100 levels in the chain because I don't need to limit by a static level... that's useless.  I need to limit by a top most title which is not present online
