Max(Date From) not working with mutiple subject areas

We need data from the subject area "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time" including Person Profile Content data.  However, there are multiple rows and we want only the latest.  When trying to filter on the Max(Date From) we have a problem.  If we create a report with only this subject area, we get the Max(Date From). Once we add additional subject areas Max(Date From) returns null.

Any ideas?
