There is a requirement to enter absence only for current month and future, only for employees. Admins are not having any restriction. 

1. 'Display Features' > 'Absence start date validation' is differentiating employee and Admin. Itis not much helpful as it is based on sysdate.

2. If Validation formula is attched, will it prevent Admins too?. Is there way to access which responsibility is being used to enter absence in the Validation fast formula.

3. Is there any other way to achieve this requirement
