Team Talent - Added Ratings Don't Update All Views Immediately

We've noticed that if from Team Talent we choose to Edit Talent Ratings, we save those ratings and then return to the card view, or switch to the list view, the ratings we had just entered/saved for an employee do not show.  We have to leave the Team Talent area entirely (like go to the home page/springboard) and then once we come back in to Team Talent, then the ratings display everywhere.  Is there something that can be done to force the ratings to display in all the applicable fields/pages immediately?  This is going to be a big pain point
