Responsive Guided Workflows render even when profile option set to N for 2 out of 4 routes to submit

Hello,
We currently have guided workflows switched off until a bug where initiator comments are not displayed in BIP notifications is fixed in November's patch bundle.
However, we have noticed that out of 4 ways to initate a workflow e.g. promotion, 2 render in the responsive mode and ignore this profile option:
Classic Mode:
My Team -> ... Action -> Promote
My Team -> Click on name of Employee -> Action -> Promote
Responisve Mode
Search for Employee -> Promote
Quick Actions on Newsfeed UI -> Promote
Please see screenshots attached, just raising this for customers who are not ready to go live to be aware that some routes seem to ignore the guided workflow profile option,
