What are we announcing?

Oracle is announcing the Chatbot Starter Package for the Candidate Experience on OTAC.

The Product Management team has co-developed as Chatbot Starter Package to enhance the candidate experience.  The Chatbot Starter Package can be used to address three candidate scenarios: 1. Search and apply for a job, 2. Job Submission Status Inquiry and 3. FAQ.

Who can use it?

All OTAC customers who have purchased the Oracle Digital Assistant Platform for Oracle SaaS SKU (B91939 or B91940)

Description:

Chatbots have already invaded the consumer world and are starting to impact the corporate landscape.  In Recruiting, Chatbots increase the level of service provided to candidates and employees, freeing up the time of HR Generalists and Recruiters – leading to better service quality and higher productivity.
