Time Card Approval Notification - Approval /Reject Button link not working

In the email notification (Time card approval)for Manager - the approve and reject buttons are not working. They have a link when we hover on these buttons as :

Approve : http://biptokenapprovebiptoken/

Reject : http://biptokenrejectbiptoken/

Can anyone please guide what can be the reason for this issue?
