Report on User Accounts in HCM: Active or Locked

Summary

Looking to find a report that will show HCM Users and whether their account is Active or Locked.

Over the past several days, we have had more than a few employees unable to access HCM.  In looking at their User Accounts, we noticed the Locked checkbox is checked off under Account Information.  Is there a way to run a report that will show all Users and the value in that field so we can be proactive and determine if other users have this issue before they report it?
