We are creating several bespoke e-learning modules and have to provide a technical specification to the company creating the courses for us.

Given that we are possibly moving to Oracle Learn next year we need to ensure that the courses will also be compatible with the new system.

Is there a technical specification for e-learning content that will be compatible with Oracle Learn?
