Supplier Audit report to replace dashboard

The audit dashboard will not work for our supplier audit. We have to many changes and new suppliers every month to be able to run the dashboard for more than a day. Has anyone been able to replicate this dashboard with a report from BI Publisher? We are currently on R12 but will be moving to R13 over the weekend and also do not sure the Procurement module.
