Setting up of Mandatory training for New Joiners

HI All,

We need to have mandatory trainings for employees who are new joiners and this need to be automatically assigned to them post their joining. We have created one course and it's Learner group is created using Analysis report which contains employee list with Assignment Status as 'Probation - Payroll Eligible.

  1. Suggest how we can include new joiners automatically in this Learner list for that course post their joining in organization
  2. During setting up Learners we need to mention the 'DUE DATE', how can we set as 3 months for employees depending on their DOJ.
