How to create a report when a Candidate Tagged and Processed across multiple Requisitions?

Hi 
In OBI, How can we create a report to find the processing time between 
when a candidate initially tagged on Sourcing Requisition, then to Candidate Management Requisition and finally Hiring Requisition before onboarding. 

For example: - Candidate A* apply into Sourcing Requisition -> put through for interviews under Candidate Management Requisition -> and finally offered and on boarded under Hiring Requisition. 
Can we capture the processing time under each Souring , Candidate Management , Hiring Requisition? 

Please advise if anyone already  came across this created this report.
