HR roles - transacting, reporting, displaying in reports and auditing....

Hi all

Has anyone experienced these issues:

1:

-  HR users who do not appear in reports which they generate and they should appear in as they have access to the report paramaters

-  HR users who have a transactional role and a reporting role and do not appear in reporting results although they have access to the report paramaters

Do you have employees who can transact on their own records (outside of ESS) and what audit reporting do you use to check what they changed?
