In terms of planning for 18C I've been trying to put a test plan in place for the same thing.  So far I've review the the Readiness Information that they publish on the updates (18A, 18B, 18C, etc) to get a sense of the changes coming.  I've reviewed these but still have a lot of questions as how to plan and prepare for the quarterly updates in general.  Some of these questions I have are:  (1) When we go through our upgrades (example R12 to R13) we did a complete end to end testing (Payroll, extracts, absence, core, etc).  With the quarterly updates (A to B, B to C, etc) is
