Hello Community,
Is there any way we can convert the absence duration from Hours to no of Days for Approval?
OR
can we access employee’s assigned Work Schedule daily threshold hours for Approval configurations?
Our client is a Construction major with a global footprint in 51 countries and we have the following approval requirements for Annual Leave:
If an employee applies for more than 10Days of ‘Annual Leave’ it will go for BUD (Business Unit Directors) approval else, Line manager approval.
Now, the challenge is all of our Absence in Hours and being a construction company, we have a wide range of employee’s work schedule. People work compressed hours, part time, full time with different daily threshold hours etc.
