OTBI Subject Areas not joining properly- Costing & Assignment

Hello,

I'm trying to combine following two subject areas on multiple ways but it seems like that these are not joining properly despite having all dimensions included in the analysis.

I'm trying to combine some of the information from Payroll Costing Set Up Details Real Time and Workforce Assignment Real Time . However, when I combine them, for each record from assignment I get all payroll records (on the screenshot)

I tried a CASE statement to match per employee number e.g, however I get the error:
"State: HY000. Code: 14025. [nQSError: 14025] No fact table exists at the requested level of detail"
