Teams for Transaction Matching preparer

Hi,

Team of preparer feature for TM module will be available in near future? Also, it seems to change the preparer for each matching you need to have service administrator role, is this a true statement? My client doesn't want business side to have service administrator role as it will have access to every other thing in ARCS module. Is there a way to manage this? Business will be able to change preparer as they needed but they don’t have service administrator role.
