The Need

Does anyone have experience or ideas on how to bulk convert documents (Mostly MS Word and PDF) into SCORM courses?    

The problem

I need to bulk convert approximately 1500-1800 documents of varying file types (Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, PPT) each into a SCORM course.  My company uses Articulate 360 (Articulate Storyline + the full suite), but most of our documents start in Microsoft Word or PDF; not PowerPoint. 

We cannot make the SCORM course link to the documents saved on our Taleo sFTP due to regulatory requirements (Medical Device Manufacturer).
