Report for overtime hours and regular hours

We have a requirement to develop a SQL report based on Over Time hours and Regular hours capturing from a third party device. Suppose we are not creating any payroll time types to identify the OT hours and regular hours. Time card only updating with the employee In and Out time. There are 10 **** with rosters and schedules. Can we develop a customized report to identify the regular hours and OT hours with those requirements ?
