To make Ethnicity feild mandatory for singapore employees

Hi Team,

In RUI, We have requirement saying ethnicity field to be made mandatory for singapore employees. When Singapore employee tries to submit the demographic information under person Details in personal information page leaving Ethnicity blank then it should throw an error saying ethnicity field cannot be empty or something so that every Singapore employee can fill it appropriately.

Can I get some suggestion in order to achieve this?
