After the 18D release Chrome appears to have an issue displaying Widget settings.

Is anyone else having this issue?
After the release of 18D to our Staging site, we are unable to view/edit Widget settings while using Chrome. It appears to work fine in Firefox and Edge.

I have attached an image of what we see... or don't see.
