We have an existing customer which went live at 2018 January. We started also with the Mobile App. On september the environments were upgraded to 18b. Now they have no mobile application access at all. According to the whitepapers say they must use the new responsive UI. But in order to use that responsive UI there need to be lots of configurations and corrections which cannot be accomplished via HR Department obviously. Morover they will loose some functionalities which were working fine and now do not work on Responsive UI now (without new configurations&workarounds).
