i need to apply shipping promotion configured in OCCS on top of results got as a response from an external shipping calculator.

hi all

 

i need to apply shipping promotion configured in OCCS on top of results got as a response from an external shipping calculator.

based on order value i need to apply discount on the shipping cost returned by external shipping calculator  for a particular shipping method. 

Please let me know some high level steps on this.
