Absence Approval Rules by Requester's Roles

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement that a Site Admin ( a custom role) can enter absence for the employees at his/her site from Person Management, and it needs the employee's LM to approve.

I'm looking for a solution to setup the approval rules by roles

1. HR - auto approve

2. Site Admin - route for approval

I couldn't find an attribute in Rule Conditions Configuration can meet this requirement. Any suggestion?
