Predictive Search and Learning Catalog with Filters to search

Hi Team, 

When a Learner is trying to search for a course/offering we need to have a keyword search that when the Learner types in, the system must show the predictive list / prompts based on the keyword. 

Example: "Learner", then the search results must show in drop down as Learner Experience, Learner Development programs, rather than manually entering the complete information. 

Also, the keywords and other filters option are available once after we click on Browse Recently added items. Can those searches based on different filters be made available in the Home page itself?
