To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Learning documents repository
Content
Hi Team,
Please let me know how to handle the Learning documents repository which can be accessed by all the Learners.
Example: We have a set of documents that must be stored in the place and that can be accessible to the Learners whenever they need.
Currently, we can have the PDF documents maintained as a content and that needs to be mapped to a course /offering for a Learner to take it up. How about having the PDF contents itself accessible to the Learners without the need to create course / offering.
PS: Document of Record / Community / Social is the other options we are looking at, but checking is there any other option available.
