Learners and Line Manager view

Hi Team, 

We have a requirement as follows: 

1. Learner must view all his learning in the Learner page itself. Currently, it is splitted as Current Learning, View Transcripts etc., Need to have View by type, where Learner has the option to select all his Learnings in a detailed or drill down manner. 

2. Line Manager must again have the "View By" rather than "Search by". View By must drill down and provide the complete details of all his subordinates. Also, the search option by Learning item must be predictive to show the full details based on the keyword entered. 
Example: "Learner", then the search results must show in drop down as Learner Experience, Learner Development programs, rather than manually entering the complete information.
