As our organization prepares to upgrade to R13, we need to update all of our users who have the old PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT role by giving them the R12 ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT role.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we could do two things 1) remove the PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT role from active users and 2) Assign the ORA_PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT role without having to go into each user one by one.  Is there an easy way to accomplish this?
