Unable to view reportess under "My Team"

Hi guys,

As a Line Manager, I'm unable to view my team who is reporting to me. However, In a report, I can see the reportees.

We have ran "refresh manager hierarchy", but still the Line Manager couldn't find the reportees under "My team"

What could be the possible reasons?
