How to restrict access to BPM Worklist Preferences?

We have a requirement to restrict employees doing approval delegation. Now there are 2 ways in the system to do approval delegation - 1. Using Roles and Delegation and 2. Via BPM Worklist Preferences.

We know that we can restrict Roles and Delegation > Approval Delegation using security or via personalizations.

However we are unable to see if the same restriction can be applied to BPM Worklist Preferences.

Does anybody know how to restrict this link for employees?
