ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

• No image or video editing options available when admin tries to upload the learning content

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
• Edit the video(basic video editing tools, eg: shorten the video or remove some content from the video, highlight or zoom tools, blurr effect etc. You can also think of Windows Movie Maker options) and editing the image(options like cropping, sharperning, zoom in and out, rotating)
