Error in searching/adding a succession plan in Talent review meeting

Hi,

When I go in to add a succession plan from the edit talent review meeting option in the "Select Review Content" page I am not able to add/search the succession plans that I had created previously.I am the owner of these succession plans and Have tried both the public/private mode of the SP.I am getting an ORA-0094 error which I am not sure what it means.

Please advice next steps.Attached screenshot for reference.
