Knowledge management system in Learning - Oracle Cloud HCM ?
We own the learning solution integrated to Oracle Cloud HCM, and we would like to know if you use it (or another HCM module) as a knowledge management system, e.g. to store your documentation (so that you don't need to accumulate hundred pages of Word documents anymore) a bit like in a wiki or a Confluence site.
We've heard that the Social network in the LMS could be used for that, however we are looking for return on experience on this topic.
