Hi-

We are trying to debug issues and hoping that others have experienced a similar issue. We currently are on R13 18B and are experiencing a daily volume (5-10) of users that are locking their accounts. We have SSO enabled via ADFS, yet users continue to get locked accounts. We cannot fully understand the issue; however, we do find that users sometimes are getting redirected to the Oracle direct sign-on page after entering in their credentials. We hypothesize that when redirected, the user instinctively enters in the credential information into the sign-in page instead of selecting "use my company's sign in" for SSO.
