Punchout Issue: Items added via Punchout not added to Shopping Cart on return

This happens to be a recurring issue that is reported by customers.


Requester is on a punchout supplier site. Requesters finds items and completes the checkout from the supplier site. When returning to Fusion Self Service Procurement, no items are added to the Shopping Cart.


The underlying issue is the ReturnURL. When the supplier returns the requester, the return URL does not match the return URL that we originally send to the supplier site in the XML. So please check the logs and compare the two return URL links as the first step in triage. Ensuring that the URLs are the same should address the problem rightaway
