Help! I am trying to load over 9,000 course completions for one course. I keep getting date errors.

Help!  I am trying to load Course Completions with the Bulk Loader.  I keep getting an incorrect date format error.  The format I am using is mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM.  I also set all the Minutes to 00.   Please help me figure out why it keeps giving me this error?   I have over 9,000 employees I am trying to update this information for.
