Generating Predefined Reports in Reconciliation Compliance

Hi -

Can we set a security in the predefined reports? In the document that I have read, the reports are available to Service Administrators. Does this mean only Service Administrators has the access to generate the predefined report under Reconciliation Compliance?

Say for example i have a preparer (only has a user and viewer role) that is assigned on a certain Organization Unit. I want him to have the ability to generate a report that will display the data for the organizational unit that is assigned to him. Can someone confirm if it can be possibly done in ARCS?
